MISCELLANEOUS Questions:
- What really is the "Ring of Fire?" (2)
- What happened to the Talking Pies?
- What happened in the "missing three weeks in October" ("Back From the Dead Again")?
- What about the word GENE Jacob wrote?
- I LOVE the SLOW unraveling of the plot. I think the unanswered questions are what make The Pretender so great to watch. I hope they don't give us too many answers at once. Otherwise the excitement of watching week to week will be lost. I am a busy physician and watch one show a week on TV -- The Pretender.
- Were the pregnant women seen walking across the lobby in Donaterase carrying more Pretender clones?
- Fenigor/Gene/The Red Files -- too many loose ends that weren't even addressed in the third season.
- Just what is the Pretender gene that Jarod, Parker, Angelo and Lyle carry?
- What does Mr Raines call Jarod's clone? He can't just call him "the boy" all the time.
- Is the anomaly for Pretenders carried in the female or male gene?
- Is the Pretender gene a recessive gene in females and that is why Miss Parker was never trained? Those who were trained were all male.
- Are there other Pretenders?
- Open questions may make the program difficult to understand, but it's the reason I watch. Hell, don't answer any of them.
- What was in Thomas Gates' file that Miss Parker threw away? And if Broots did the background check, wouldn't he know?
- Over the last 20 years or so, were there only two "useable" Pretenders (Jarod and Angelo)?
- How about filling in the gaps left from the end of Season 2?
- What is the blood anomaly and what does it take to make a Pretender?
